PREPARATION:
1 matcha spoon per cup (250ml)
Temperature: 70-85 o C - 158-185 o F
Hot matcha:
Put the matcha in a bowl with half the water. Mix vigorously with a whisk to dissolve the powder. Make a soft preparation. Add the rest of the water or frothed milk to make a delicious hot latte. Whisk again.

Cold matcha:
Put the whipped mixture in a shaker with ice to make it frozen! If using an iced latte, do not froth the milk.
Measure out your quantity of matcha according to the final quantity of liquid desired (including ice).
1 matcha spoon for (250ml - 8oz)
2 matcha spoons for (500ml - 16oz)
3 matcha spoons for (750ml - 24oz)
You can add more milk than water if desired. And use your favorite milk!
Keep refrigerated after opening for better conservation.
