Blue of abundance

Decoration: Blueberries, lime slices and blue knapweed petals
Glass: Wine cup
Tool: Spoon

Ingredients:

• 3 oz blueberry green tea (Urbanithé) (In Mocktail adjust to 4 oz)
• 2 oz pinot grigio white wine
• ¼ oz Wild Blueberry Gin (Artist in Residence)
• 1.5 oz wild blueberry juice (traditional)
• 1 oz red syrup
• ¼ oz fresh lime juice
• ½ oz fresh lemon juice

Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in the bowl filled with ice, stir for 30 to 45 seconds and serve
