Chinese mojite

Decoration: 1 Lime and Mint Leaves
Glass: Cocktail Glass
Tool: Pestle
Ingredients:
- 15 Fresh Mint leaves
- 15 ml Gold tea syrup (Urbanithé)
- 1 Lime
- 1 oz Dark Rum
- Lime Juice
- Club Soda
- Ice cubes
Preparation
Put the tea syrup in the glass.
Add the lime and mint, crush with a pestle.
Add the Rum.
Fill the glass 3/4 full with ice cubes.
Add Club Soda to fill the glass.
Garnish with lime slices and mint leaves.
