Sparkling Pear

Decoration: Dehydrated lime slice and mint leaves
Glass: Old Fashioned or cocktail glass
Tool: Spoon

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Spiced Rum
  • 2 oz black pear tea (chilled)
  • ½ oz gold syrup
  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in the glass filled with ice. Stir for 20 to 30 seconds and then cheers!
