GREEN TEA

Japanese tea from the first harvest of tea which takes place in October. This tea takes on all its taste value thanks to its roasting. Roasted tea has woody, roasted flavors that often evoke coffee with the iodized taste that is specific to Japanese teas. It goes with sushi. Can be drunk any time of the day as it is low in caffeine.
