1 teaspoon per cup (250ml - 8oz).

  Infusion: 3-5 mins
Temperature: 85 ^o C - 185 ^o F

Cold Brew:
Put your mate in a container and add cold water. Leave to infuse for 2 to 20 hours in the refrigerator depending on the desired strength.
Filter everything and your mate is ready!
