PREPARATION:
1 matcha spoon per cup (250ml - 8oz)
Put the matcha in a bowl with half the water. Mix vigorously with a whisk. Make a soft preparation. Add the rest of the water and whisk everything again.

Temperature: 70-85 ^o C - 158-185 ^o F 

Keep refrigerated after opening for better conservation.
